Newcastle International Airports Fire Training Academy is expanding its training portfolio and recruiting training instructors to deliver training on behalf of a major UK company at locations throughout the UK. We are currently looking for several highly motivated flexible instructors. The successful applicants will be experienced instructors, ideally familiar with delivering training within an emergency services or armed forces environment.

The successful candidates will be required to commit to the ad hoc delivery of various training packages at locations throughout the UK on a self employed basis in order to meet with the needs of our expanding customer base.

You will ideally hold a teaching qualification (7306/ 7307 or equivalent) and preferably hold the appropriate certification to enable the competent delivery of training in the following areas:

• Fire Warden

• Fire Awareness

• Use of evacuation chair  

• Manual Handling

You will be organised, a confident / articulate communicator and capable of operating under your own initiative on a self employed basis. You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages and have the ability to work quickly and accurately?
